Licensure Training for Real Estate Broker
Blue Ridge Community College offers convenient, affordable real estate courses for those in the Asheville/Hendersonville area that are interested in becoming a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. Our course, RLS 112, is an approved real estate pre-licensing course.
RLS 112 is a ten-week course offered offered twice a year beginning in January and August. The course is typically offered in the evening and meets twice a week from 6 to 10 p.m.
Upon successful completion of this course, students are eligible to submit an application to the NC Real Estate Commission to take the state licensing exam to become an approved NC real estate broker. The state exam is regularly administered in Asheville. Upon receiving a license, realtors can chose to affiliate with a real estate company and immediately start assisting customers and clients with their real estate needs.
