NC Real Estate Commission's required 4-hour 2011-2012 Annual Broker-in-Charge Annual Review Course (BICAR course). This course presents the topic information prepared by the NC Real Estate Commission for brokers-in-charge to use to meet their BICAR requirements to be eligible to renew their real estate license on active status and remain broker-in-charge eligible.
