Engage in the “Great Conversation” with some of the most probing minds of the Western tradition!  No lectures, no experts.   Instead, Great Books asks the question, “Why does the author say this?” and then the group, through a process of shared inquiry in which everyone may participate, proceeds to search for answers that may be capable of transforming our view of ourselves and the world.

For the fall series as well as the spring series, a volume prepared by the Great Books Foundation is chosen from which selections will be read and discussed at biweekly sessions.  These volumes are available for purchase at the college bookstore.  The group meets on the second and fourth Mondays in the President's Dining Room in the Killian Building.

Current facilitators for these sessions are Jim and Carol Ward.

For more information call Martha Howell at 694-1743.
