In order to provide better customer service, we have implemented a new and improved way to register online called Instant Enrollment. Please see the instructions below for registering online using this new process.

Credit card payment (MasterCard, VISA or American Express) is required when registering for Continuing Education courses online. Please have your credit card information available. If you prefer to use cash or check you may register by mail or in-person.

If you are 16 or 17 years old, you must have a high school release to register and will not be able to register online. Please contact 828-694-1735 for more information on how to register for Continuing Education courses.

If you are 65 or older and have previously registered at Blue Ridge Community College, your registration fee may be waived for one course per semester (excluding Learning for Leisure courses (CSP), Self-Supporting courses (SEF) and other applicable fees). If you have not previously registered, please register by mail or in person.

1. At the top right side of the Blue Ridge Community College home page, click on "WA" for WebAdvisor. When the guest page opens choose the green "Continuing Education" button.

2. From the Continuing Education Menu, under the Registration heading, click on the "Register and Pay for Continuing Education Classes.

3. Search for classes requested either by keyword (Ex. Excel, Pottery, Dancing, Machining) or by course start/end dates. You can also use the course number (ex. CAS-8185-001). If you want to see every course available, do not select any criteria. Click Submit to view results from your search.

4. In the "select" column, click in the box next to the course(s) you wish to register for at this time. Click Submit.

5. You will then be sent to "Personal Identification page" Here you will need to fill out all required information (red *). (Social Security number is used for student identification only). Click Submit when complete to proceed.

6. On the Additional Registration Info screen, please use the drop down arrow in the "Educational Goal" box and choose your response.

7. In the "Reason for Taking" box and "How You Learned of This Class" boxes, use the drop down arrow to select desired responses. Click Submit.

8. At this point, you will be at the "Pay for Classes" screen. You will need to select "Register Now (Check out)" next to "Choose one of the following" and then select payment method to proceed with payment. Click Submit at the bottom. This will take you to the screen to enter your card information.
