Established by our current College president, the Dr. Molly A. Parkhill Staff Person of the Year Award will recognize a full-time, non-instructional employee for individual achievement and exceptional contributions to Blue Ridge Community College. Criteria for this award include personal and professional development, service to the College, leadership, initiative, and exceptional performance. The recipient shall be selected by a committee and will represent the College in the North Carolina Community College System Staff Person of the Year Award competition.
