The Associate in Science Transfer Core Diploma is designed for students who plan to transfer to a four-year institution for their baccalaureate degree. This diploma is designed to allow students to complete their general education core requirements and then transfer to a four-year institution. It is flexible in design to meet the needs of students who will be majoring in different fields at the four-year level.
This diploma complies with the standard approved by the State Board of Community Colleges. The general education core is the first level of completion that allows transfer students to take advantage of the terms of the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement.
