Child Care
Although Blue Ridge Community College does not provide child care for students, several options and resources are available for students needing child care assistance.
Helping Hand Developmental Center is located on the College's Flat Rock Campus in the Sink Building. Priority for spaces in their program is given to Blue Ridge Community College students and staff. Helping Hand enrolls children from two to five years of age. Hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and they do not accept part-time placements. Curriculum Students
Limited funding is available for curriculum students for child care assistance.
