A student wishing to apply for financial aid should

1. Apply for admission to the College.
2. Have all high school/GED/college transcripts mailed to the Registrar's Office.
3. Take the placement test.
4. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). (May take up to six weeks to process.) The Federal School code for Blue Ridge is 009684. 
5. Wait approximately two weeks to receive their notification letter.  Students will receive one of three letters:  Award letter, Ineligible letter, or Missing Information letter.)
