All passwords
for student Webmail and Moodle accounts will be reset at 1:00 PM on August 10th. Please note that you will need to log in to Moodle with your e-mail username and your Colleague Student ID number with a leading zero (e.g., if your ID Number is 0123456, your password would be 00123456). You will immediately be taken to a password change screen where you may select a new password. Your new password should be 8 characters long and contain at least two numbers and two lowercase letters.
Make your password change in the Firefox browser. If you don't have the Firefox browser, you may

to download and install it.
If you do not know your BRCC student e-mail username and your Colleague Student ID number, go to: www.blueridge.edu/distance_learner/dl_tutorials.php and follow the directions to obtain your username and ID number.
At this time, Webmail and Moodle passwords can only be reset by the system administrator. Please contact the BRCC Help Desk at 828-694-1895.
