The facility has an excellent sound system with both wired and wireless microphones. The state area has ample microphone inputs for multiple mics for live events. State monitors are available upon request. Both lavilier and hand held units are available. All sound sources are mixed with a fully digital Yamaha Console.
Data and video projection are supported with three high resolution projectors. Each meeting section has its own screen and multimedia control system for screen, sound, and PC interface. The inputs support both Mac and PC computers.
Data ports for Internet access are all over the building. The main hall has jacks in the floor and on the walls. The pre-event areas have jacks on the walls and in selected columns.
A satellite downlink is available for bringing in teleconferencing programming through C-band, KU, or digital signals.
Professional technicians are available to support meetings of any size. There services are billed at our published hourly rates. (see rate sheet)
Audio engineers are available for sound mixing and PA support. Our technicians can provide support for live events, microphone setup, and recording. (see rate sheet)
Computer support for laptops, special setup, or wireless configurations are available upon request. (see rate sheet)
Events can be video recorded using one or two cameras. Technicians are available to operate cameras and equipment and to assist presenters with special video requests. (see rate sheet)
