The Blue Ridge Conference Hall Catering Kitchen is a food staging area to support food service providers. The kitchen is designed to provide space for assembling food dishes, serving plates, and keeping food warm or cold until it is served in the meeting spaces. Ample space and equipment are available to support most catering functions including beverage preparation, ice service, and dish assembly and serving.

Food can be kept warm in the kitchen's two 6' warming cabinets. Each cabinet holds xx serving trays, or serving dishes.
A 600 pound industrial ice maker can provide ice for large events. This fast recovery machine can adequately provide ice service for banquets of up to 500 participants.
The three-bay cooler provide cooling facilities for trays of salads, salad vegetables, or cool dishes until they are ready to be served or heated.
The kitchen has two large capacity coffee makers and one ice tea maker. The coffee station can brew coffee into serving containers that can be transported to meeting or eating spaces.
A deep well double stainless sink serves as a "wash-up" area for serving items. There is no commercial dishwasher in the facility. A separate hand washing sink is close by as well.
