Welcome to the Help Desk! We are located at both campuses, in TEDC 117 (Henderson County Campus) and TRCS 151 (Transylvania County Campus). If you have questions related to technology, we are the place to begin. Feel free to drop in, or call (828) 694-1895.
Hours of Operation:

Monday - Thursday : 7:30 - 6:00
Friday: 7:30 - 4:30

  • New account and account change requests

  • Hardware upgrade and repair
  • Telephone system support
  • Software selection and approval assistance
  • Support of college licensed software application
