Blue Ridge Community College’s website, designed by AndiSites in 2020, has been recognized with a Gold Award from the AVA Digital Awards, an international creative competition honoring excellence in digital creativity, branding, and strategy.
Following a complete rebrand by Formation PR + Brand in 2019, Blue Ridge Community College enlisted the services of AndiSites for a new website design and development. The goals for the new website included improved functionality and navigation that would be easily-accessible to target audiences. AndiSites designed and developed custom WordPress templates, including templates for curriculum programs and VIP pages, making it easy to import and format content. It also designed, built, and UX-tested the college’s new site navigation, including a photo mega menu layout, a utility menu and students’ panel for quick links, and inside page calls-to-action.

AVA Digital Awards recognizes excellence by creative professionals responsible for the planning, concept, direction, design and production of digital communication. The awards competition selected winners from over 220 categories including digital campaigns, audio and video production, website development, social media engagement, and mobile marketing, among others.
