Through the Basic Skills Plus Accelerating Transitions Program at Blue Ridge Community College, students may prepare for completing their high school equivalency diploma while, at the same time, training for a career in automotive systems technology, certified nursing assistant (CNA), computer-integrated machining, office administration or welding technology. Students may enroll in one of these pathways and be on their way to a better career, higher wages and nationally recognized credentials that improve employability.

College and Career Readiness Center
The College & Career Readiness Center (CCRC) is designed to support the individualized needs of all learners. Students may utilize the center for additional academic support and instruction, career exploration, resume writing, workplace readiness workshops, or to improve their computer skills.
