Enrollment Checklist

Complete NC Residency Determination forms accessed at ncresidency.org.
For tuition purposes, all students seeking to earn college credit are classified as either in-state or out-of-state upon entering Blue Ridge. This classification, known as your residency status, is determined by the Residency Determination Service (RDS) and determines your tuition costs.

Apply online with the same login credentials used for Residency Determination.
Not sure which program to apply for? If you are undecided about your career goals, we can help! Meet with an admissions counselor by using the Blue Ridge Community College online contact form or calling (828) 694-1800.

Once you have applied, send your official transcripts to registrar@blueridge.edu.
This includes high school, GED, or high school equivalency to help determine your placement into college level coursework. Be sure to also send in official transcripts for college, AP, or CLEP tests. This will allow for counselors to award you transfer credit toward completing your degree.
