Returning students, please follow these steps to apply for admission:

• Update your Residency by submitting a Reconsideration through the Residency Determination Service (RDS) 
  • Make sure to notify the Registrar’s Office when it is approved at registrar@blueridge.edu 
  • If you have never completed the Residency Application before, simply submit your Residency Application through the RDS portal
  • For assistance in accessing or unlocking your Residency account, contact RDS at their Toll-Free Student Number:  844-319-3640 
• Complete the online Application for Admission to reactivate or declare a new program of study 
• Please send official copies of all new and/or updated transcripts to the Registrar’s Office at registrar@blueridge.edu
  • Students who previously applied or were enrolled as a CCP (Career & College Promise) dually-enrolled high school student must have their final, official high school transcript sent to registrar@blueridge.edu  
• Regain access to student accounts by visiting the Technology Services & Support page of the website
  • For questions or assistance in accessing your student accounts, please email helpdesk@blueridge.edu 
• Finally, once all steps above are complete, contact your newly assigned Program Advisor by downloading the Watermark app and scheduling an advising session
