Event and Meeting Facilities

Conveniently located with immediate access to Interstate 26, Blue Ridge Community College is a great choice for special events and meetings. Spaces are available to the public for meetings of 10 to 1,000 people including performances, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and workshops. 

Our rooms range from large conference spaces that can accommodate hundreds of participants to smaller meeting spaces. Rental and room usage requests are dependent on not conflicting with college course offerings and programs. 

Rentals are available hourly from 7:30 a.m. through 9:30 p.m. Conference rooms and classrooms are equipped with a computer, a podium, tables, chairs, and a projector. Classrooms are also equipped with a whiteboard.

If you are interested in holding an event on our campus, please review the following list of facilities available for public rental and the associated regulations, submit an Event Request Form, and we will contact you to discuss availability.

  • TEDC 238: Conference table (seats 14)
  • TEDC 337: Conference table (seats 16)
  • Killian 151: Conference table (seats 25)
  • General Classrooms: Most classrooms will seat 20+ people

Multipurpose Rooms

  • TEDC 102: Seats up to 61. Tables can be rearranged to meet your needs. Has access to a refrigerator and a large countertop for food service.
  • Patton 219: Seats up to 40. Tables can be rearranged to meet your needs.

Outdoor Areas

Killian Lot — 106 standard, 15 ADA, 1 Veteran; 105 standard (upper lot)

Patton Lot — 470 standard, 12 ADA, 2 Veteran

Sink Lot — 70 standard; 177 standard (upper lot)

2026-27 Identity/Statement of Educational Purpose (V4)

Beginning the 2026-27 academic year, all “Identity/Statement of Educational Purpose” forms must be completed in the Offices of Financial Aid.
