Blue Ridge Conference Hall
The Blue Ridge Conference Hall is an 11,000-square-foot facility that can be rented for meetings, performances, and conferences of all sizes. The main hall seats 1,000 people theater-style, or can be subdivided into three sections, each seating more than 200 people. The hall can support seated banquets of up to 500 visitors.

- Theater Style: Maximum 1,000; 70 chairs will have to be rented.
- Round Tables: Maximum 56 (seats 448); 16 tables will have to be rented.
- Rectangle Tables — Horizontal to Stage: Maximum 56 (seats 448).
- Rectangle Tables — Vertical to Stage: Maximum 60 (seats 480).
- Round and Rectangle Tables: Combined selections to provide maximum seating capacity (seats 496).
Gala
- Theater Style: Maximum 300 seats.
- Round Tables: Maximum 24 (seats 192).
- Rectangle Tables — Horizontal to Stage: Maximum 28 (seats 224).
- Rectangle Tables — Vertical to Stage: Maximum 30 (seats 240).
Cortland
- Theater Style: Maximum 200 seats (facing screen).
- Round Tables: Maximum 14 (seats 112).
- Rectangle Tables — Horizontal to Divider Wall: Maximum 14 (seats 112).
- Rectangle Tables — Vertical to Divider Wall: Maximum 18 (seats 144).
McIntosh
- Theater Style: Maximum 220 seats (facing screen).
- Round Tables: Maximum 16 (seats 128).

Combination of Cortland and McIntosh
- Theater Style: Maximum 560 seats.

Additional Facilities
Pre-Event Area
The main meeting halls are surrounded by a multipurpose space for registration, exhibits, or breakout sessions. This area can house 34 rectangular tables (21 using an L shape for vendor spaces). Power and Internet connections are spaced throughout these areas. There are 13 high-top cocktail tables.
Outdoor Patio
Additional space available for luncheons and small meetings.
Green Room
Generally, this room is used for speakers waiting to present. This room has two lounge chairs and a private bathroom.
Catering Kitchen
Features a three-door refrigerator, two warming cabinets, two commercial coffee makers, an iced tea maker, an ice machine, stainless steel staging tables, and cleanup sinks. Serving tables for large dinners can be set up on both sides of the hall to provide for efficient service of hot and cold food.
Food Trucks
Events are limited to three trucks per event and must have a generator. Additional charges apply.
Technology
Technical Support
Professional technicians are available to support meetings of any size. Our technicians can provide support for live events, microphone setup, and recording. Computer support for laptops, special setup, or wireless configurations is available upon request. Events can be video recorded or live-streamed. Services are billed at hourly rates with a separate quote for special services.
Sound System
The facility has an excellent sound system with both wired and wireless microphones. The stage area has ample microphone inputs for multiple mics for live events. Both lavalier and handheld units are available.
Data and Video Projection
Large, high-resolution data/video projection system supports computer and video presentations. The inputs support both Mac and PC devices.

From Upward Road in Hendersonville:
- Turn onto South Allen Drive near shopping center
- Go approximately 4/10 mile.
- Turn left at Blue Ridge Community College sign onto College Drive.

- At the top of the hill, turn left onto Alumni Way.

From Asheville, NC:
- Go east on Interstate 26 (I-26).
