Serving public safety professionals across the region, Blue Ridge Community College’s 2023 Annual Public Safety College will take place September 27 through October 1.
The conference offers over 35 classes developed over the past year with assistance from 11 Emergency Medical Services (EMS), fire and law enforcement agencies. Topics will cover a full spectrum of public safety topics with courses contributing to numerous required public safety certifications.
“Our training weekend is a blend of foundational courses and unique, specialized offerings, providing both newcomers and seasoned professionals a comprehensive experience in public safety training,” explained Philip Hosmer, Blue Ridge’s dean of Public Safety Training.

In-person registration will be available the day of each course, and interested parties should contact the College to express their interest and verify course availability.
