BRCC Seeks Letters of Interest for On-Campus Food Truck Vendors

Blue Ridge Community College (the College) is soliciting letters of interest for food truck vendors for our Henderson County Campus located at 180 W Campus Drive in Flat Rock, North Carolina and our Transylvania County Campus located at 45 Oak Park Drive in Brevard, North Carolina.
Successful food truck vendor(s) must be totally self-contained and meet the minimum sanitation standards as required by the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources. Vendor(s) must sell Pepsi products while on campus as the College has an exclusivity agreement with Pepsi.
The College will rotate the successful food truck vendor(s) Monday through Friday each week unless the College is closed.
It is the general practice of Blue Ridge Community College to encourage participation from HUB vendors to the establishment, preservation, and strengthening of small businesses and businesses owned by women and minorities and to encourage their participation in procurement activities.
Prospective food truck vendor(s) must submit letters of interest to Blue Ridge Community College at the following address no later than 5:00 PM, EST, on Friday, September 29, 2017:
