Inside Success is a Mission Accelerator program offered through a partnership between Blue Ridge Community College and the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce. The program combines an organizational assessment with six monthly sessions focused on real-world best practices.
Inside Success is designed for business, nonprofit, and local government leaders. Participate as an owner or manager, or bring members of your team.

Begin with a January orientation and an assessment of your organization’s 15 core functions and systems. Identify what is working well and where improvements are needed.
From January through June, participate in six monthly sessions featuring visits with successful business and organizational leaders in Henderson County. Explore practical approaches you can apply to make informed decisions, strengthen performance, and plan your organization’s next steps.
