Masonry Course Descriptions
Masonry I
Start your training in Masonry I. Learn the fundamental techniques and practices in building brick structures along with the proper tools and equipment needed, safe work habits, the variety of materials used, and the measurements and specifications required.
Masonry II
Gain additional skills on the principles and practices in the masonry field in this level two course. You will engage in learning more about the advanced techniques of laying of wall systems including weep vents and joints. You will also learn more about reading residential plans and interpretations, the effects of climate and what to expect during a construction inspection. You must have successfully completed Masonry I or have equivalent experience to enroll in Masonry II. You will be required to purchase additional learning materials.
