Why Horticulture?
Did you know that horticulture careers are on the rise? Industry trends show that people are beginning to disconnect with their smartphones and reconnect with nature. People are filling national parks, taking up backyard gardening, and creating inviting indoor environments through greenery.
From the clean food movement to the restored interest in houseplants and backyard gardening, the future looks bright for those interested in horticulture.
If you have a green thumb, are interested in the science of nature and art of growing things, or enjoy working outdoors, then horticulture is the career path for you.
