Welcome to the Office of the Registrar. We are located in Student Services in the Sink Building on the Henderson County Campus. The Registrar’s Office is responsible for maintaining student academic records and curriculum registration.

Official transcripts
Requesting an Official Transcript
- A $6 fee applies to each official transcript.
- The student’s signature is required to release a transcript. Electronic signatures are only accepted via secure Parchment log-in.
- If paying online using your myBlueRidge account, please allow 24 hours after submitting your request for the fee to appear.
- Transcripts may not be released if the Student owes money to the College for the following: Library Fines, Parking Fines, and tuition balances that are not a result of Financial Aid.
- While a transcript may be released when a financial balance is owed to the College, all other collection efforts may be continued by the College on outstanding student balances as outlined in the College Collection Policy.
- Transcripts will not be released if the Student is on disciplinary suspension.
- Transcripts may not be picked up by anyone other than the requesting student without written permission.
- Electronic transcripts are processed within 24 hours of online submission. Printed transcript are typically available 48 hours after the request is received. In person pick-ups are available at the receptionist desk at the Henderson County Campus (Sink Building) or at the Transylvania County Campus if specified on the request form.
- Wait time may be longer at the end of the semester and during registration. Please check with the Registrar’s Office during peak times to check wait times.
- Students may also print and submit the Blue Ridge Transcript Request Form in person at the Registrars office.
Unofficial transcripts
Unofficial transcripts may be accessed through the student’s myBlueRidge account. Student accounts are deactivated after 60 days of non-enrollment and unofficial transcripts are no longer accessible at that time. Please use the above link to request your official transcript.

Submit a transcript
To Provide Official Transcripts to Blue Ridge Community College
- All transcripts may be sent electronically to the Registrar’s Office at registrar@blueridge.edu.
- Faxed transcripts are not considered official.
- Transcripts may also be mailed to the College with the attention to the Registrar’s Office.
- Transcripts may be hand-delivered in unopened, sealed envelopes.
Disclaimers
- Remember that transcripts take several days to prepare, so please plan accordingly.
- The procedure for requesting transcripts is subject to change.
- Parchment, the third-party transcript provider, collects sales tax on all transcript requests.
