Rachel Quinn, Instruction and Archives Librarian

Rachel Quinn served as part-time Archivist for Blue Ridge Community College Archive and Special Collections from 2023 to 2025. Her current position of Instruction and Archives Librarian started in August 2025. Before being hired at Blue Ridge Community College, she was their Library’s Local History Project Intern while completing her Master’s in Library and Information Science. She has had the special privilege of being with the Archive from the very beginning and has loved watching it grow and take shape as a resource for students and community members alike. Her education background includes a BA in Archaeology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master’s in Library and Information Science (MLIS) from the University of North Carolina Greensboro.
