This Annual Conference will refresh you and your organization through providing fresh leadership insights, skills and qualities to proactively successfully move into 2026. The conference will challenge and inspire you to become a better leader and strengthen your leadership teams through the conference keynote and breakouts. Leadership becomes even more important when there is uncertainty in the economy, rising prices, employee recruitment challenges, and supply chain issues.
The conference provides an opportunity to learn, share, connect, and have fun with like-minded leaders to help make better business decisions, increase operational efficiency, and build stronger teams.
The Henderson County Leadership Conference will be held at the Blue Ridge Community College Blue Ridge Conference Hall. The Conference is open to the public at no charge due to support from the Vision Henderson County Leadership Development Program, Blue Ridge Community College and the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce.
