Starting in the Summer 2026 semester, curriculum students will automatically be enrolled in the BibliU Equitable Access program. Students will be charged a fee along with their tuition. If they choose to stay in this program, they will have immediate access to nearly all their course materials without the need to make separate purchases.
What do I get?
- All required course materials for the semester
- Access on the FIRST day of class
- Delivered directly in MyCourses
- No waiting in line, no guesswork
- Apply financial aid to other Campus Store purchases
What does it cost?
- $22 per credit hour
- Example: 6 credit hours = $132 total
- Often less than the cost of one traditional textbook
Do I have to participate?
Participation is automatic, but you may opt out during the schedule adjustment period if you plan to purchase materials elsewhere. If you opt out, the fee will be removed or refunded based on the semester refund schedule.
Important: If you receive financial aid, opting out means you must buy your books out-of-pocket. Any exceptions require prior approval from the Financial Aid Office.
How do I opt out?
- Log in to MyCanvas.
- Click the BibliU link in the left global navigation menu.
- Select “Opt Out” when prompted.
- Allow 1-3 business days for processing.

Bottom line: Equitable Access helps you save time, save money, and start class prepared. But the choice is always yours.
