About Our Nursing Program

The purpose of the Associate Degree Nursing Program is to provide high-quality education to individuals in the community seeking a career as a registered nurse. Graduates of the program are eligible to apply to take the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) to become a registered nurse.

Employment opportunities are vast within the global health care system and may include positions within acute, chronic, extended, industrial, and community health care facilities.

Classes are taught at the Health Sciences Center in Hendersonville and at the Transylvania County Campus in Brevard. 

Applications for Fall 2022 will be accepted October 1, 2021, through February 1, 2022.

Applications for Fall 2022 are currently being accepted. Admissions information for the Fall 2022 ADN program is currently available below. Students may submit their Admissions Requirements Checklist (ARC) to the Registrar’s Office beginning October 1st, 2021 through February 1st, 2022.
